Big news! We decided to upgrade our therapy sessions to twice a week. I had wanted to ask her for some time, but since my therapist works in two different hospitals, with terminal cancer patients, I simply thought she couldn't have the time. It turns out she wanted to ask me too, but she thought she had to wait for me to suggest it. So now it's going to be every wednesday and friday, unless something happens. And we talked for a whole hour of this five-minute dream I had last night. I knew dreams were important, I just hadn't realized how much.
I'm slowly putting together all the pieces of my first cosplay. It's going to be a female version of the Eleventh Doctor, the Pandorica scene with the mop and the fez, so I can use a bit of my own personal taste with the jacket and the skirt. It's definitely going to be a skirt. I still need to buy the jacket and the boots - I need to buy new boots, those ankle-high cute ones, and they would go perfectly with this cosplay. But for that I have to wait until September, there's only summer clothes and bathing suits in stores now. So far I got the fez, the braces, the bowtie is on the way, as I bought it on ebay yesterday. About that, I got the weirdest email from the seller. Usually it's "thanks for your order, we shipped it this morning". This guy went a bit overboard:
"Congratulation! It is our privilege and honour to inform you that your order has just been dispatched.
Our team of certified grabatologists had a little quarrel over who would actually handle your order but they came to an amicable decision to do it together. All 4 of them were literally walking across the floor each holding a corner of the products you ordered with the biggest smiles I have ever seen on their faces.
When the Royal Mail postal van arrived there were cheers and whistles as your package was given priority treatment and handed over ahead of the rest on a purple silk cushion.
They were talking about you for hours after the delivery van left and now all 4 of our grabatologists want to nominate you as their customer of the year."
I admire your style, guys. :D
Let's conclude with a video! This crazy person made a video of Call Me Maybe using Star Wars quotes. Just watch it, no words can really describe it:
I'm being predictable, I know, but my favourite part is everytime they say "Windu". :D
