The weather is so weird. It's cold and rainy, and it feels a lot like september. I hope I'll be able to go the beach at least once more before my cousin goes back home. It's so cold I'm entertaining the idea of chestnuts and hot cocoa. Next thing you know I'll start singing xmas carols in the shower. XD

In a few hours we'll go to the cinema to watch the last Harry Potter movie. I'm not a fan of the movies (only one I loved was the third one), but I'm curious about this one, and it feels like something I should do as a HP fan. :D Need to get my Horcruxes necklace ready!

There's probably stuff I should be doing right now, but it's a meme! They're worst than mermaids' songs to me, I just can't say no. Also, I just spilled all the very expensive tube of medicine I bought for my mycosis on the sink, and now I have to buy it again, and I feel really stupid right now.

On other news, my aunt went back home, my cousin is still here, studying for an exam next week, and being pretty calm about it. We have hot water again (plumbing problems yesterday, but luckly nothing serious), and Dragon Age Awakening is too addictive for my own good. After 8 hours of playing, I realized I couldn't have a romance with anyone, despite all my efforts. Meh. And now I'm stuck in the Fade. And I find the Bad Guy surprisingly attractive, being a Dark Spawn and all. Scary. O_O

So, where have I disappeared? Well, I was always here, but Shion came to visit, and we spent a wonderful week watching Doctor Who (we watched The Parting Of The Ways a couple of hours ago), playing on Rock Band, and making pancackes. With maple syrup. And I tried my hand with Mai Tai cocktails, super yummie! So, busy busy busy. :D

My Avatar The Last Airbender artbook arrived, and it's amazing! It makes me want to watch it all over again. But for now I have my Doctor Who marathon to continue. Watching the first season again made me remember how much I loved Nine. Sadly, I also noticed how the new series, Moffat's one, can't compare to these first seasons. Even if I already knew how it was going to end, I was crying and laughing, and being on the edge of my seat the whole time, while the fifth season didn't affect me at all. I was just curious about how it was going to end. Hope they'll fix that with the next season. More character development, please!

About real life, which can be really awesome, in a week I'll leave for a trip to London. Four days with my beloved juuhachi_go and two other friends in that wonderful city, that's a dream come true! I'm so excited!

Guess who's back!





At last! It took it two weeks, but my new drum kit is finally here! To be precise, it's half new and half old. I'm still using the old pedal and structure, so to have new spare parts in case I break something. Again. Anyway! It felt *so* good to be playing the drums again! *________*

And I spent all yesterday with my friends, celebrating Shion's birthday, it was so much fun! Next week we'll go to the beach together, I can't wait!

I just finished my Avatar The Last Airbender marathon: it was so good! I mean, it was already one of my favourite shows, but seriously, everytime I watch it it gets better and better. I'm so excited about the new series, The Legend of Korra. Even if it's only half as good as the original one, it's still going to be amazing!

Since when I woke up, I've been feeling really nervous and jumpy. Like something's about to happen, and I have to be ready to run. Which is incredibly stupid, since nothing's going to happen today, it's one of those boring summer days. I really wish I knew how my mind works.

Yesterday I went to the movies to watch Toy Story 3, and just like I thought, it was amazing. I know it's Pixar, so I shouldn't be surprised, but these guys just keep making masterpiece after masterpiece, they never stop! I cried, I laughed, I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, and god there were a couple of times I got so scared I had to close my eyes (read: creepy baby going all exorcist with its head, and creepy-as-hell monkey with those peeled off eyes! God!). And the Totoro!

My new drum kit hasn't arrived yet, and obviously I'm dying to play some drums, go figure. Especially now that I downloaded a great Creedence Clearwater Revival pack for Rock Band and it just calls to me like a mermaid!

On the other hand, my Torchwood blu-ray boxset arrived, so that I can finally watch it. I'll try not to devour all the episodes in one sitting like I usually do. Besides, after watching this clip, I suddenly felt the urge to re-watch all my Avatar TLA dvds, so to burn away those awful images from my poor, violated mind. The acting! The moves! My god, that's so awful!

And last but not least, the next book on my to-read list is Richard Dawkins' The God Delusion. So intriguing!
