.: so comes snow after fire :.

Today we had a beautiful, sunny and really cold day. My cold is completely gone, and lately I've been drinking more tea than when I was in Japan. My back is doing better, and it's only two days until I go back to the gym.

On fandom news, I'm up-to-date with the latest Community episode, loving it, and shipping Jeff/Annie like crazy. Does that make me a bad adult? Probably, yes. And I love Abed so much I have no words. It's such a funny, witty, and crazy show, I highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for something new to see. Also, no laughing track, and god, that makes me so happy, because I do hate laughing tracks, they're so distracting.

I also just noticed that the next episode of Primeval is the last one until next fall, and we have so many loose ends there, I have no idea where they are going to leave us. Probably on another crazy cliffhanger. I like this new season, but since I find Matt's character truly boring (mostly because the actor has one facial expression, and I mean it, just the one) I'm really missing season 3.

I'm practicing the drums on Rock Band a lot, since they announced they're going to release the whole London Calling album by The Clash in a few days. It's going to be legen-wait for it-dary! Based on previous experiences with said band it's also going to be hard as hell for the drummer, but who cares! :D

My back is doing better. It hurt a lot the day before yesterday, and then yesterday it began to ache again, but today it only feels like I ran a lot. Luckly next wednesday I'll go back to the gym, at last, and that should fix it. I hate it when it happens, since there's really nothing I can do about it.

Today I watched True Grit: I usually don't like remakes, but I'm so glad I watched this one, it was amazing. Perfectly crafted, everything about it was awesome. Can't wait to see more from the girl playing Mattie, such a talentous actress, and so young! Man, I feel so old now. O_O

I'm also finally up to date with Primeval. I like this new season, mostly because we get more Abby & Connor, Becker, and Lester being awesome, but I miss the old characters. I like Jess, even is she's a bit annoying, and I'm not sure if I like this Matt character. I'll probably have to wait for his motives to get a bit more clear. I'm still not sure where this storyline is headed, we'll probably have to wait and hear it from Ethan himself.

Loved this week's The Vampire Diaries episode, but hey, nothing new there. Great plot, great character development for Damon, and I love Elena to pieces. As I said, nothing new.

And I'm still angry because they postponed Supernatural. Can't believe we have to wait another week! I'm so going to hire a US Marshall and unleash the fury of god on their asses!

So, the house is finally warm again. Sakura is back, being all cute and soft, I cleaned up, and I only have the xmas decorations left. I have a bit of a cold, nothing much, but I get tired easily, so the little xmas tree will have to wait. Plus, in the afternoon I'm going to the movies to see Tron, and that's a priority. :D

I'm slowly catching up with all my fandoms. First, the Doctor Who episode was amazing. It made me love Eleven even more, as if that was possible. It was so intriguing, and romantic, and sad. I've already watched it three times.

Yesterday I finished reading Awakened. Really too short, but I loved it anyway. The story is so fascinating, and the final battle was perfect. Also, so romantic. Can't wait for the next one.

I can't believe I have three Primeval episodes waiting to be seen. I also have Megamind waiting. I read some reviews, and it seems a lot more interesting than I thought, and that got me really curious.

I usually love these quiet saturdays. If it were a sunny day, I'd like it a lot more, but, hey, we need the rain. I guess. Anyway, this way I can do all the ironing while listening to cds and singing along, it just doesn't feel the same way with the sun outside. I should put all those christmas decorations away too, but I just love to see them, so I'll pretend I'm very busy, and postpone it again.

Plus, I spent the last two days talking my friends into seeing Primeval, and so far it's working. Can't wait for all the fangirling we're going to do. ^^

I'm getting pretty good at cooking, yesterday I added two new recipes to my portfolio. It was about time, I think that if I keep doing the same old things every day, my stomach will die of boredom. I still think that my risotto is the best out of all the things I can do. Have to ask my aunt to teach me something else when she comes in a few weeks.

The weather is warmer today, and that means high water in Venice. In Sicily, they are having warm days as in July, and here I'm dying of envy. Good news is, I'm going on with that to-watch list. First, there's Primeval, a british sci-fi series I only downloaded because it had Andrew Lee Potts in it, and which I'm loving! It had quite the great ending in the first season, made me reconsider everything about it. Now I can't wait to see what's next! I'm at 2x03, and yes, Connor is my favourite character. I'm so predictable.

I also watched Miss Potter, and I loved it, though it made me cry a lot. They were all so great at re-creating everything about that period, it's so easy to sound fake, and yet they all were so perfect and genuine, and adorable.

I also found that song from the Sherlock Holmes movie, and now it's on loop on my winamp since yesterday. It sounds like St Patrick's day here.
