nausicaa83Sorry I disappeared again! I had quite the horrible week. On monday I had a full-on panic attack in the gym, convulsing and everything. My friends had to call an ambulance, but it arrived one hour later, when the attack was already mostly over. They took my vitals, taught me how to recognize the first symptoms, when to breathe in a paper bag, and sent me home. Tati came over, and she's been my nurse since. Yesterday I had a few symptoms, but managed to fight it back, and this morning I'm going to see my doctor to tell him what happened and see if he has any advice. I still feel as if I were in a fight all day all week.
Well, at least I didn't vomit! Silver lining! And the doctor in the ambulance was really nice and taught me a lot of things, so there's that. ^^ But it's so very, very tiring when it happens. And my appetite is almost completely gone, eating is quite the challenge. I hope my doctor has some kind of magical pill to give me or something. I'll write an update later when I get back.
