After seeing so many enthusiastic players back on tumblr, and after reading many reviews about how relaxing Animal Crossing New Leaf is, I made up my mind and bought it. Not only it's really relaxing, but it's also VERY addictive. I don't even have a house yet, and I'm already selling fruit and seashells and buying furniture and talking to everyone and collecting bugs... so addictive.
While I was in the store I spotted an old friend of mine on the shelf, squeed out loud and bought that too.

The old friend is Myst, the very first videogame I ever played, back in 1995. It was my dad, my sister and me, with a couple of notepads, pens everywhere, and no guides whatsoever. I still remember when we got to our first ending (blue page), it was one of the most exciting memories of my childhood. :D
And now I can carry it with me everywhere I go! Dear old island of Myst, how have I missed you! \o/
I even called my town in Animal Crossing 'Myst'. I came this close to calling it 'my butt', like someone did on tumblr, and whose screencaps made me crack a rib from laughing, but then it was my very first game, so I thought I'd play it like a grown up. (Think about it though: "I'm so happy you decided to live in my butt! / There are many secret locations in my butt. / Many tourists love to spend their holidays in my butt. / All hail the new Mayor of my butt!")
