First day at the beach was a success! For the first time ever, I didn't get burned, so now my skin has turned a bit golden, a pretty nice shade compared to my usual "lobster red". I rested in the shade, wore a lot of sunscreen, my favourite blue hat, and in the late afternoon I put my sundress back on. So proud of myself. :D

I first heard it on a Charles/Erik fanmix, and it's so *perfect* for them. I have a few other songs by The Magnetic Fields in my pc, and this one made me decide to buy the whole 69 Love Songs album. This song alone is worth the price. *____*

On other news, Leverage is back on sunday, and my third season box-set arrived today, and just the thought of new episodes makes me all happy and fuzzy inside. My adorable con artists, how have I missed you!

Back from my first day at the gym after a whole month and a half. My god, there are muscles hurting that I didn't even know existed. I'm worried about friday. Usually the day after the gym is fine, and then two days after that I can't even lift my arms. Well, it had to be done.

My Leverage Season 2 Boxset arrived today, and it was torn to pieces. Someone drove a car over it, or something like that, and then put what was left of it in a plastic bag. You can imagine my shock when I opened it. I contacted Amazon.co.uk at once, and they answered right away, apologized and sent another boxset. So, three more days until I can get my boxset. What I find irritating is that somewhere between England and here someone torn that package to pieces, and I can't find them. *shakes vengeful fist*

London Calling on Rock Band is as crazy and hard as I thought it would be, and so much awesomeness, you have no idea. I probably look really stupid playing the drums while singing out loud and swaying to and forth. Such a great feeling. :D

On other news, every Sherlock fan out there should watch this. Those are the OFFICIAL Korean trailers for our beloved show, and they made it look like it were a romance series. Seriously. I'll be over here dying of laughter, don't mind me.

Seriously, when have I last seen the sun? It's been weeks! I like winter and everything, but I miss the sun. No wonder I'm so pale! Besides that, I'm getting a lot better, this cold didn't turn into flu like I feared. When I was a kid I used to catch every virus, and I had the flu so many times, and bronchitis and everything, so it's quite an achievement that now I don't get anything worse than a cold. ^^

Fandom news, yesterday I finished watching Leverage *coughs and points at moodtheme*. Loved it! We finally learned something more about Eliot's past, and the last con was great. It's going to be really hard waiting until the summer for the next season. Such a wonderful show, I love all the characters, and the cons are so intriguing. Can't choose a favourite episode, though. I also went to the comic book store, and bought this action figure, because seriously, I couldn't just leave it there:



Bad things: my cough is getting a bit worse. I have to take a syrup that tastes so sweet it's nauseating, and it's not so bad I can't sleep at night, but it's annoying.

Off I go to watch the final episodes of Leverage. Hello, new addiction. If anyone has links to good fanfics, I'll love you forever and ever. ♥

Let's start with something ridicolous: I just bought Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded, and I can't play it because of my wonderful perfect nails. They're too long and perfect and I can't press the buttons on my DS, and Sora can't walk straight. True story. So I'll have to wait until I can get them fixed by that friend of mine who does my nails. Yup.

On other news, I'm currently watching Leverage, and my god isn't it the most adorable thing ever? I've always loved stories about con men since I first saw The Sting back when I was an innocent little kid, and this show is just so adorable! It makes me feel all happy inside, it's like chocolate. Just started the second season, it gets better and better with every new episode.

My cold is getting better, my throat hurts a little, and I still walk around the house with a roll of toilet paper because I'm constantly blowing my nose, but I have no fever and my head feels fine.

And on other news, guess who has tickets for Bon Jovi's concert here in Italy on July? That's me! This was my first time buying tickets for a concert, so I was so sure I was going to screw something up, and yet, with all the fever, and my brain working at half its normal speed, I managed to get great tickets, go me!
