Yesterday the plumbers came, and we found out that it's my boiler that's broken, and we ordered a new one. So, I'm still in the freezing cold until this boiler arrives. I wake up with a migraine and go to bed with a headache, what a lovely time I'm having! =_= I make icons to pass the time, as every other activity is impossible to do with trembling hands.

Good news, I have the pic Tati took of myself while recieving my signed copy of Model: look, Lee So-Young is smiling at me! *________*

What else? I finally watched Perfect Blue, which was a masterpiece just as I expected it to be. The ending took me really by surprise! O_o I have a long list of movies I downloaded and still have to see, but they're all depressing ones. I need a comedy!

I just finished reading Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Café. I loved the movie as a kid, I watched it lots of times, and at last I read the book. It was really beautiful, and it reminded me a bit of Gabriel García Márquez's Cien años de soledad, with its naturalistic writing, and the characters who looked so alive and real. Now I want to see the movie again, even if I'll probably cry, because it reminds me so much of mom, dad and Alice and the evenings spent watching it.

Tomorrow I'll spend the day with mom's best friend, we'll have lunch together and then we'll go to the hospital. It's been a while since I last saw her, and I can't wait to spend some time with her, chit-chatting and so. She's such a lovely person! ^^

Just finished watching the XXXHolic movie. I *loved* it!!! The animation is great, as well as the VA, and the character design is perfect (only Yuuko-san seems a bit weird in some scenes, but she's wonderful as always). The story was so holic-esque, strange, like an acid trip, and some scenes were really scary (like that creepy ghost girl out of the window! Hope I won't dream of it tonight...). And I went squeeing like mad when Syaoran called her through Mokona Modoki! XD

Me, I cleaned up the house all day. I threw away some of mom's work things (I should have done it weeks ago, I know, the damned things she hated so much), and at last my artbooks, who mom had left under my stuffed toys because she wanted to find a place in the bookshelves for all our manga, are happily sitting on a shelf in my room, with my Ed, Al and Kamui plushies. Her daffodils are growing, pretty soon I'll see the flowers. Those were my gift to her on my first day of university, I found this little wonderful florist shop and bought her some daffodil seeds (well, they're like potatoes, but I don't know the english word). The funny thing is I've never been able to find it again since, more or less like Yuuko-san's shop! ^^
