Choir update: we're working on christmas carols! We're doing all the classic ones, Silent Night, Oh Holy Night, and supreme joy, Hark How The Bells! I love that one, and with four different voices it gets even more beautiful. *_____* We also started practicing on Adeste Fideles, I love that one. There's a feeling of Christmas in the air. ;)

Random thought: among 20 girls, I was the only one wearing a skirt. O_o When they pointed it out, saying how elegant I was, I felt a bit uneasy. Is it so rare for girls to wear skirts? It didn't feel like "elegant" to me, just a normal outfit.

A couple of days ago, my Sims University cd broke. No idea why, so today I bought myself The Sims - Seasons, and I've been trying all afternoon to hit Sims with lightning bolts. Tee hee. :D My tomato plants keep dying, though.

Back from choir practice: the crazy stalker waved at me once, but besides that he didn't try to talk to me or anything like that. *sigh of relief* We're still working on Silent Night, as there's many of us we'll do a version with seven different voices, it's awesome. Problem is, by the end of the twentieth time we went through "silent night, holy night" I already had a sore throat. I have no idea how I managed to sing it all, all those times. :D

Memo to myself: humming Rocket Man while walking back home, and the sun is out, the sky is deep blue and the air is cold, is one of the best things out there. I feel so refreshed and happy. ^^

Today was my first day at the local church choir. I'm an alto, and they're very rare, so everybody looked extremely happy to see me. There's more or less 30 of us, and we practice inside the church, a beautiful one devoted to St. George. We're working on a song from John Rutter's Requiem (for a mass on November 1st), and next time we'll start working on Xmas Carols. It's really funny, everybody is really kind, and we had lots of laughs. My favourite moment was when we all started singing I Will Follow Him from Sister Act (same cover): the alto part is so intriguing! ^^ And that means that I'm officially a "busy person". :P With my courses, the latin lessons, and choir practice, I feel like I'm 14 again. XD

Talking about anime, I just watched the latest Naruto episode (29&30). I'm pretty sure it was the worst animated one since Shippuuden began. It's so depressing, those were my favourite chapters in the manga! Judging from the preview it looks like the next episode (October 18th!!!) will be better, though. I hope so, or I'm going Katon on their asses, I swear.
