Weirdest week ever, and it keeps getting weirder. First, I lost my hospital card. It's a card everyone has in Italy, with your personal code to use in hospitals, the name of your doctor, and everything. And. I. Lost. It. I looked everywhere, every drawer, every bag, and then it was on the manga bookshelf, just above my desk. Took me 6 hours to find it. Then, we had another lightning storm, and it cut off the power again, but this time I was asleep, so I only noticed when I woke up. At least I knew how to fix it, after the other day's accident.
Last but not least, today the phone stopped working, and the internet too. I looked everywhere for the assistance number, called my friends with my mobile, and before they could call me back I finally remembered the number. Then, a nice automatic voice told me there was a problem with the phone line in my neighbourhood and they were working on it. Three hours later, it was fixed.
I don't care if it's the internet, but the idea of being without a phone line, and having to rely on my mobile, scares me a lot. It makes me feel like I'm cut off from the rest of the world, a little island floating in the dark.
Then, I watched the latest episode of Ashes to Ashes, and got *really* traumatised by it. Man, I hope we get a happy ending, but from the looks of it it's going be one really angsty finale. Spent all the episode looking through my fingers, gasping every two seconds, don't know what I'll do when the ending comes. ^^"
