nausicaa83Today is the day I go back to the gym after a whole month. That's good, since I started having cramps in my sleep a few days ago, and that's the sign I really need some stretching. The first day after a break is usually the hardest one, and I foresee running out of breath after three minutes, but call me masochistic, I'm still excited about it!
