nausicaa83I've just reported this guy to lj. And I hope it's just a disgusting joke.

dragons_f_wolf, who reported this guy to lj before me, just recieved this answer:

While the content of the journal may be distasteful
and disturbing, it it neither illegal nor in violation
of LiveJournal's Terms of Service to discuss illegal
actions, or the potential for illegal actions. We can
only take action if the user is actively encouraging
others to commit such actions, or if they are soliciting
or providing information on how to do so. LiveJournal
allows for its users to express themselves in a wide
variety of ways, even if they are objectionable to
others.
So... I don't even know if I should laugh or cry. Apparently posting children porn fantasies is just like posting scanalations to a licensed manga?
