The only ship I really liked was Jack and John Hart, mostly because I loved his storyline a lot. But even there I was a bit disgusted by Jack's behaviour. John loves him, and he's so hurt Jack doesn't even notice something's wrong with him, and assumes he would just bomb half a town without someone coercing him or something. It's like Jack doesn't even stop to know the persons he sleeps with, he just enjoys it for a moment, and even when they fall in love with him he doesn't care about them at all.
About Children of Earth, it was... too much. I'm a Supernatural fan, so I'm used to kids being killed by nasty creatures, or possessed, or whatever, but this. It was sick. I cried a lot when they got to the soldiers grabbing the kids from their houses, and then felt nauseous the rest of the time.
If the Doctor ever finds out what happened there he's so going to torch the whole planet. O_O
