Last night's Doctor Who episode? Best episode of the season! Actually, this is now one of my favourite DW episodes ever. Last 15 minutes, I cried my eyes out. Now I want to get all my Van Gogh books out and cry a little more over my favourite paintings.

I saw an exhibition of his recently and lots of the paintings made me want to cry. There were letters too, and mostly they were happy and uplifting but somehow that just made the whole thing even sadder!

I agree, I remember this wonderful exhibition they did a few years ago in a city nearby, mom and I came out of it crying like babies. ;_;

Great episode. Love the cameo by Bill Nighy.
And, yeah... the last fifteen minutes were poignant and sad, but beautiful, as well. Definitely my favorite 11th Doctor episode.

I loved the bow-tie scene. :D Plus, he was so good at playing his role instead of being, you know "the famous guy", the "cameo". I love him. :D
