Just finished Heroes #07, and still babbling incoherently all by myself. Best end of episode in the history of everything. *__________*
Peter, just when I think I've had enough of your emoness, your storyline becomes the best one! It's me, Adam. *squeeing* So we were right, Claire's power, once it's completely awaken, is exactly like Wolverine's: you can't even die of old age, and actually you don't get old at all. Poor Claire, she's going to stay a teenager forever. :P
What surprised me about this episode the most, besides that, is that we've already gone through three more pictures: Niki, the swordfight, the biohazard glass, and Mohinder has his bandaid on the nose and his gun. And, Mohinder, your power is simply being a fucking idiot. He just does what he's told, and in the end it's always the worst option possible. Sure, I'll bring the company down and talk about our secret plans on my cellphone where everyone can hear me. Sure, I'll inject the virus into a innocent girl. Sure, I'll work with the crazy psycho. And God, do I hope Niki will die. I can stand her only as Jessica, and not that much anyway.
I could never see that coming, but I have to say I loved Matt in this episode. He used his powers to save Molly, and trapped that creepy father in his own nightmare: well done! Now, please, don't get yourself killed. :P
I found really amusing how Hiro got back to his usual Yatta-self in less than 30 seconds. His storyline was getting boring, so I couldn't wait for him to get back. Now the question is: did Kensei kill his father himself, or did he ask another mutant to do it? New mutants, new mutants! I just hope Elle isn't his daughter, that would be...creepy. "Hello, meet my dad, he's 400 years old". Ehm ehm.
Claire's storyline is STILL my least favourite one, but I hope that with Mohinder coming to get her something will change.
I read about the Hollywood strike, so I guess we'll have a big break around the 13th episode, and Heroes Origins already got cancelled. ;_; At least the next episode is the Four Months Ago one, that'll cheer me up. He's not a toy, tee hee. :D
EDIT: See the amazing moodtheme? It was done by
paddies, as soon as I saw it I knew it had to be mine! *crazy maniacal laughter*

Date: 2007-11-06 03:05 pm (UTC)It's so funny; last night my brother and I were discussing the show, as usual. When Elle had been introduced, I theorized that she was Kensei's daughter, and explained that if he can survive anything short of a bullet in the brainpan, then he technically could live for hundreds of years. It was a big epiphany moment, so he was shocked last night when Adam was revealed to be Kensei. Of course, the reveal was even better than I thought.
Talk migrated towards Sylar, and then he had an epiphany: "Say, if the only way that Claire, Peter and Adam could be killed was by damaging the brain... Who do we know that has an affinity for brains? Hmmm..." His prediction is that Sylar will take on the BlunderTwins' powers and then he'll kill Adam. He wouldn't have to go after Claire at all...
Who wants to live forever?
