Jun. 30th, 2006 04:44 pmWondering what happened to me? Yesterday I finally met the judge that appointed me as mom's tutor. And you know what? It was ten times worst than anything I had imagined. The Idiot briefly saw mom in her hospital room, and was convinced that she could answer his questions by blinking. Even if her doctor and I tried to explain the dumbhead that she just goes on blinking all the fucking day, and you could ask her any fucking question and she would react the same way, he decided to write it down in the legal act, that mom has regained consciusness and can answer questions. He didn't wait for my lawyer to arrive, and made me sign everything without any legal support. When my lawyer finally arrived he was royally pissed off. He'll ask for a doctor, chosen by the tribunal, to visit mom, so that should set the bunch of bullshit that fucking judge wrote down. I obviously had one big nervous breakdown, but I spent all the day with two friends, and that was really relaxing. A cold wind came, so now it's hot, but it's not wet, and the sky is incredibly blue, and I can walk around without feeling breathless and sticky.
Today I brought three copies of my thesis at my university and met my teacher. He was cheerful, so we could exchange a few words about monday, and he even managed in making me smile. ^^ When I left it still was 10 am, so I waited a bit in the hall, as I didn't know what to do next. So I met a friend of mine, and she brought me to two different graduations (a girl I know, and a friend of a friend's of a friend's). We had lots of laughs, talked a lot, and walked a lot. We went to that famous cd-store with all the discounts, so I bought a bunch of cds at a very low price *happy Nausy*: Clannad's debut album, Depeche Mode's singles 86-98 (two cds), The Very Best of Lou Reed, Absolution by Muse (at laaaaast), Coldplay's A Rush of Blood to the Head (the Scientist! Clocks!) and Reservoir Dogs OST *nooooot crying, not me*. Then we went to a manga store on the other side of town, and I bought Mugen no Junin #1, which is truly amazing. I can't believe this is his first work. Truly beautiful, both story and art.
So, that's it. Tomorrow my aunt and cousins will be here, while on sunday my uncle will join us. I should clean up the house, but I'm too lazy, and it's so hot.
