Remember when I said this new season of Supernatural could be even better than the last? Yesterday's episode, Devil May Care, just proved me right. Because, holy shit, that episode was fantastic. The mythology, the new characters, the dialogues, the acting (oh my god, Jared, oh my god), and they're about to surpass season gr8 in "best use of CGI ever". Whoa. I'm so going to make an icon of THAT scene. And the character development! If this keeps up every episode this season I'm not sure how we're going to survive it. ♥

I just finished watching it and threw myself at the laptop to message you!! The first thing I wanted to tell you was: wow, how beautiful!! This was so well shot, it was just stunning! (I have never, ever been more distracted by freckles as I was in that shot of Jensen, good God!) Then there was the brilliant CGI and all the rest of the stuff you said! Great entertainment, I must say - I was genuinely glued to the screen throughout.

Also, I couldn't help but think about OGAM at the end, when Sammy said about how he was feeling - you know, avoiding spoilers - in my head this was because of John, too; and Sherlock and Mrs Hudson and Katie and so on. I know his statement was supposed to raise questions as to how much this is his genuine experience and how much the other party in him affects him, but I just put my hands over my ears and let myself have that warm fantasy for a little moment. It does tie in quite neatly in terms of continuity.*beams*

writing from my cellphone, because my phone line broke down this morning, and they said it'll take at least two days to fix it. And i'm stuck at home with the flu. It's going to be fun. BUT I had to come here and tell you that OGAM was my very first thought too, when Sam said he was happy with his life. Kahhgfgjk my baby! And I might regret it later, but I really trust Zeke!

Well, back to the middle ages it is. Sob. I really need to buy a smartphone, my current cellphone takes fifteen to twenty minutes just to check an email. ;-;

Già non ricordavo più che eri senza connessione, ho visto l'episodio e WOW! Lo commentiamo cuqndo arrivo, tra poco parto. Cmq. le ali distrutte di Zeke proiettate sul muro erano fantastiche! E secondo me è l'unico angelo che sta effettivamente guarendo, perché Sam e Dean sono due vessels speciali, ce l'hanno ribadito anche in questa puntata sia la giovane cacciatrice, sia Abaddon. E Dean che cerca di rimettere insieme i pezzi della famiglia? Quanto gli voglio bene, speriamo solo che Zeke sia buono, com'era Samandriel.
