As expected, after a week of crazy weather, today I woke up with a cold. Sore throat, running nose, fever, the works. I took a couple of aspirins, a glass of orange juice, and hid in my bed with my laptop. The best thing about being sick on a weekend is that I don't feel guilty about spending the whole day watching tv shows I've already watched a hundred times. Case in point, I just finished re-watching the first season of Moone Boy, since the second season will start next month and I want to be ready. And now I'm in a happy cloud of childhood, 80s nostalgia. That show is the best. ♥

And now it's aerosol time! I remember when I was a kid we had this massive machine, the whole procedure took 40 minutes, and all the little pieces were made out of glass, not plastic, and we had to be extra careful not to break them. It was so very, very boring. Luckly now it's all plastic and it takes exactly ten minutes, and I can listen to music on my iPod the whole time. Hurrah for progress!

Oh, dear.:/ And you were having such a good week! I'm glad that it wasn't all bad today; it's nice to snuggle up with a TV show when you're poorly and then watch eight seasons of it over a month, losing sleep and letting it take over your life.

I hope tomorrow you feel better already!:)

To be fair, I'd been expecting it for more than a week. The weather here has been crazy! And I had no plans for the weekend, so drinking juice while watching classic italian movies in bed wasn't all that bad. Plus tomorrow Tati is coming over, I plan to get spoiled rotten. :D

Argh, hope you get better soon, hon!
