GUYS, LOOK WHAT JUST ARRIVED!!!!

It's Ni No Kuni, the first Studio Ghibli game!!! I pre-ordered it back in September, and it's finally here! I'm so happy I could burst! *_____*

I got the Wizard Edition (and it looks like it's already sold out, so glad I pre-ordered it with months in advance), with the adorable plushie and the spellbooks. Donald Duck is there because every picture should have a Donald Duck in it. ^^

I'll just apologize in advance, you won't be seeing much of me in the near future. ;)

Wow ma è fantastico! Bellissimo! <3

Studio Ghibli is the japanese animation studio that during the last thirty years made some of the most beautiful movies ever made. Princess Mononoke (the english dubbing has Gillian Anderson in it by the way), My Neighbour Totoro, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind (hint hint nudge nudge), Ponyo on a Cliff by the Sea, Howl's Moving Castle and many wonderful others. Recently they joined forces with Level 5 and made a videogame too, and I've been craving it for two years now, since I first read about it.

Basically it's the story of a kid whose mom suddenly dies. One of his plushies comes to life and tells him there's another world, a parallel world, with magic and wonders where his mom's soul is still alive. Everyone here has a soul mate, shares a soul, with someone from the other world. The kid agrees to go to the other side, because he wants to bring his mom back to life. The other world is magnificent and fantastic and full of magic, but there's this nagging feeling I'm getting it is either a product of his mind trying to evade the pain OR the magic creature lied to him, because he needed a human to help him in his world.

So there's the captivating, beautiful story paired with the stunning animations and wonderful scenery, that make me feel like I'm walking through a Ghibli movie. ♥ And I'm just about to enter the 1001 Nights town, I can't wait!

I want this game! I played it a Japanese exhibition thing a couple of months ago and it seemed great. It could prove a bit difficult though, since I haven't got a PS3 :p

If I have to be honest, it would be worthy buying one just for this game. Don't forget they released Okami on the PSN too, so you can have that in HD for 20 pounds. I thought it was the most beautiful game I had ever seen when I was playing it on the PS2, but the HD version blew my mind.

I think I couldn't make a more compelling case for the PS3 than this. ;)

Not to mention the blu ray discs. *____*

Al momento la recensione è: lsahfasdghfghfdjkghdf!!!!

Come lo finisco scriverò una recensione più dettagliata, ma temo che il succo sarà sempre quello. :D

By the way, se sei interessata a comprarlo, su Amazon.co.uk costa molto meno che da noi ma è la stessa identica edizione, con la possibilità di avere subs in italiano.
