nausicaa83Now, first of all the real life news. I'm feeling better, the fever's gone, and my voice doesn't sound like Tom Waits anymore. Another few days of aerosol, and I should be fine. My aunt came back home yesterday, as she couldn't take any more days from work. Grandma seems to be doing better, her shoulder hurts and itches, but the doctor says it's a sign the bones are healing. We're all crossing our fingers here. On the phone my aunt sounded tired, but a lot like her normal self, and that made me so happy. ^^
And now, another season finale, and what a wonderful one!
Once Upon A Time - What an amazing ending! So many things happening! I was hoping for Emma to remember everything this episode, but I wasn't expecting her to do it in the first five minutes. Some great acting on her part, and let me add, I KNEW IT. I knew it was going to be her true love's kiss to save Henry, that a mom's love counts as true magical love that can break any curse! *happy I-knew-it dance*
The montage of the fights with the dragon were breathtaking. As a Kingdom Hearts fan, I started shouting directions to both of them, and when Emma did that Prince Philip move on Maleficent, I had to say the magic words out loud, thou sword of truth, fly swift and sure, that evil die and good endure!, because this show makes me reverse into the happy kid watching the same Disney movies over and over again, and I love it for it. *________* The elevator scene also reminded me of Jafar tricking Aladdin into giving him the lamp when he's trying to escape the Cave, I love all these little details and easter eggs. \o/ And I love how the only two characters who got the Magic Dress Enchantment so far are Cinderella... and Charming. :D
Another thing I loved was how by the end Emma is treating Henry like the Prophet, asking him advice on what's happening. I demand the next season to begin with Henry strolling around town and gloating about, because he deserves it.
I'm so excited about this new pink curse. :D Rumple always had style, let's face it. And I think he had to do it right that instant (he didn't even wait for Belle to take her first shower in 28 years, c'mon) because he had to protect himself from the angry mob, and he'll need all his magic to do that. It looks like they moved the war to our world, and I'm so freaking excited. I wonder, now that magic is back, will Archie turn back into a cricket? I guess Red will go back to her werewolf abilities. And now, after what Regina did to Belle, it's going to be very bloody between Rumple and the Evil Queen, I can't wait.
The bluray boxset comes out in August, considering shipping times from the USA I should get it in time for my birthday. *_________*
