nausicaa83As I mentioned earlier, my aunt had a minor surgery the day before yesterday. She had a wisdom tooth, still in its gum, that had to be pull out. So she needed a surgeon. We were lucky because the guy was really, really good, she didn't feel a thing and it was over in less than ten minutes. Problem is, her cheek now is all swollen, she has to take antibiotics, and she has to stay at home from work until saturday. Since she's the most energetic person I know, she's not taking it well. We almost had a fight yesterday because she just wouldn't sit down and rest a while and let me help her with the chores.
Besides that, everything here is going great. I went shopping with my cousin, I'm halfway through Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrel, and I finished the first two chapters in Dissidia Duodecim. I'm crazy in love with Vaan in this one. And when Kefka called him "another prebuscent pretty boy" I had to pause the game because I was laughing so hard I was about to fall from the couch. :D
I also visited a hunting and fishing shop with my uncle and my younger cousin, and I felt like the most ignorant person alive. I was in a room full of things, and I had no idea what they were. Then suddenly a door started slamming. It went on for a while, and I asked my cousin why nobody was going to check it, and he said "it's not a door, someone's shooting downstairs, they're testing a rifle before they buy it". This, right here, was the expression on my face -> O______O
So, nothing else worth mentioning, I'm eating a lot, sleeping a lot, getting lots of hugs and kisses from my aunt, so in a word I'm really, really happy. ^^
