I'm still here! So, I did that laser thing, but they found out my left retina is holding for dear life, and one part is already going away, so they had to make a laser surgery on the spot to fix it, and I have to go back there on the 21st to do it again, and pray it'll work. Otherwise, it's surgery of the eye, the one with bistoury. Sadly, this new kind of laser hurts an awful lot, as they have to burn the retina itself, and it's like burning needles, but they congratulated on me, as they said I was really good at standing still. So, er, you know how childish I am, I was really happy to hear that! :P

Tati is here with me, and we're having a wonderful time, and she helps me a *lot*. If she weren't here I'd be lost, with the "don't do anything, just stand still" thing. O_o Yesterday I had to meet my oncologist, so we went to the Venice hospital, and as it was the main Carnival day we went by foot (it was nearly impossible to take a boat), and at the oncologic wing they were handing out sweets, and we got two each! The visit went perfectly (I have nooooothing), so we'll see each other again on August. Going back we stopped at a tipical Venetian inn and we had a great lunch (everything with fish!), and we ate so much we couldn't even walk. XD Then we had a lovely stroll (Venice in the afternoon is wonderful), and we saw a couple of people wearing venetian costumes (they were probably going to St. Marco's Square).
