Part 2 of the London 2012 entry!

Tati was the first one to see the door, and she started screaming "It's there!! It's there!!!" and I was looking in the wrong direction, panicking "WHERE?!", and then it was RIGHT THERE, and we hugged and ran through the street flailing our arms. Best moment ever.

We were squeeing and jumping up and down, and no one was even looking at us. I guess they're used to it by now. :D

Tati's pointing at the pins on her bag. Three are from ReaperSun, for the #believeinsherlock campaign, and one was from the Sherlock Holmes museum. ♥

Didn't you think we were nerdy enough? We stepped inside the Speedy, since we had to, and it was noon and we were starving anyway. I almost fainted right there at the table too, stupid low blood pressure combined with adrenaline. My body can't stand all that hardcore fangirling. Anyway, we got tea and muffins, and I decided on the spot we had to re-create a certain picture. If you already know what I mean, let me hug you and love you. If you don't, the next pictures will show you just how nerdy we are. :D

There's the original illustration. Incidentally, I bought a replica just the day before that at the Museum.

And there's Benedict and Martin renacting it. And now go back two pictures and marvel at our awesomeness. :D

Since we were already Queens of the Nerds, we walked to the nearby station of King's Cross, and took a couple of pictures at a certain platform.

You have no idea how much fun it is. :D

After lunch we went to the London Eye. The sky was so blue, the sun was shining, and it was 27° at least.

This is yours truly doing her best impression of the letter S. Swag, I got it.

I loved it. It was very relaxing too.

Remember the Carillon/Cake building? We came back here for the Afternoon Tea in the Parlour. The place was so fancy, like a place from a shojo manga set in 1700 France.

Afternoon tea and scones. They even had sugar cubes, and everything was silver, and holy crap it was amazing. A nice lady at the table next to ours told us how to eat scones properly, with the cream and the jam. So, so tasty.

The maître complimented me for my nails. I'll have to take a picture, Martina was absolutely great, she did little Union Jack flags with glitter on my nails, just before I left. ♥

Bellies full of cake, we went to Harrod's to do some shopping. I got more plushies, and a Marauders' Map. All the Harry Potter section at Toys Kingdom was amazing, but the Map stole my heart. From left to right, the rabbit is called John, and I got it as a companion for my Sherlock rabbit I bought at Harrod's in 2010, that sits on my pillow and was feeling lonely. The bear is called Snoopadoo Noblest Of Bears. The pink rabbit is for my cousin, so it doesn't have a name yet. I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

That map is amazing. It has so many layers and details, and it's all in pig latin. I love it.
