Remember that relative of mine who was coming to visit? She got here early this morning. It's been raining all day, we stayed in and talked a lot, then had dinner and now she's taking a nap in the other room. My aunt should be here in three hours, but up until now everything went smoothly. Mostly because, I soon realized, she has no idea whatsover that I'm an atheist. And yes, I know it's not the right course of action, but I didn't tell her. Mostly because (a) I hate fighting and (b) if we have a fight, I want my aunt to be here. I just never answered any religion-related question, changed the subject, asked her about my parents when they were kids.
It was great fun to hear about my parents when they were teens, or when I was too young to remember. Some things make sense, some things are really funny to hear. Even now, I still have this feeling my parents were born responsible adults, and didn't do any of the mistakes I did over the years. I get so happy everytime they prove me wrong. :D
Other than that, it's just another rainy afternoon, and I'm still messed up because of the daylight saving time. It's only one hour, and yet I feel so jetlagged, especially when it comes to eating. I get hungry at the weirdest times.
