nausicaa83: (quiero bailar <road to eldorado>)
XD

3- 1976 - The first Space Shuttle, Enterprise, was unveiled by NASA

Births

And what about Holidays?

1- The fourth day of the Eleusinian Mysteries in ancient Greek mythology, when the initiates sacrificed a pig.

2- United States - Constitution Day (I didn't know that. O_o )

---

It's really *cold* here!!! I'm freezing!!!

nausicaa83: (the beginning is the end <labyrinth>)
I just watched my Labyrinth dvd, and it's great! I had ordered it at the shop, and they told me they would have called me as soon as it'd arrive. Today Tati and I went there to buy another dvd, and she noticed my beloved Labyrinth already on the shelf!!! And it was the only one!! I was so lucky she was there, we laughed a lot about it, and now it's mine, my prrrrreciousssss!!!

Ho anche preso il dvd di Brancaleone alle Crociate, finalmente! *______* Uno dei miei film preferiti da anni, finalmente nelle mie mani!

At last, I also found a passage to a cat-motel, thanks to mom's best friend, where I can leave Sakura next week for ten days, so that I can go on a holiday to my aunt's house. I'll see Torino, the Egyptian Museum, have fun, see my little cousins, it's gonna be good! *___________* We had Sakura's surgery on wednesday, so I won't have the problem of leaving a cat, and getting six cats back... XD I was really really worried when they were doing it, actually, and kept walking up and down the house checking the clock, but it went so smoothly I still can't believe it, she didn't even throw up after her first meal at home. She's still bright and happy as always (the vet had warned me that they don't change their character after the operation). I wasn't really sure I wanted to do it at first, but then the vet told me it prevents breast cancer in cats, and that rang *lots* of bells to me, so I decided to do it.

And now, back to reading! I'm half way through Kenshin, and I'm really loving it! ^^
