A few friends of mine have fake names for their FB accounts. They contacted me via text or email and told me "if you get a friend request from [character from an opera] that's me". One of them chose the name of a guy burned to the stake for being atheist in the middle ages. Just the other day I was talking with Tati on the phone, and we were both agreeing that changing to a fake name would be the best.
The more I think about that post, the crazier it is! I know there are some sane activists out there who care about animals and at the same time have a sense of perspective, but they get drowned out by all these wackos! Auschwitz! I would comment with Carolyn's speech to Herc regarding that attitude, but it wouldn't sound offended enough!
