My X-Men First Class soundtrack finally arrived! So beautiful, and angsty, and I can't stop listening to the fifth track, Frankenstein's Monster. My poor heart.



They divided the shipment in two, not sure why, so tomorrow I should get the rest of my order, which consists in four albums by The National (and the Penelope dvd). I already have High Violet, and I've listened to it too many times to count, so it's definitely time to check more from this band.

Which reminds me that in a few days the new album by Jon Fratelli should be out. This is definitely a wonderful month for music. *____*

Penelope! I love that movie! Seen Xmen on pirate but i have to see it on the big screen yet. I plan to though, much better than i anticipated!

You *have* to see it on the big screen, it's so wonderful visually that it deserves at least one viewing in a cinema. The second time I saw it I was sitting really close to the screen, it was so...colourful, and immersive, and bright. *____*

That movie is so eating my brain, and I don't even mind it. :D

All'inizio doveva essere una fissa, ma non riuscivo a scegliere chi dei due usare, così ho fatto i fotogrammi di mezzo, e zac! Icon animata!

L'ultimo film di X-Men è stato meglio di quello che mi aspettassi (avevo decisamente delle aspettative molto basse, dopo le delusioni di Wolverine: Le Origini e X-Men 3), ma non mi ha esaltato... ammetto che il soundtrack non mi ha colpito particolarmente, chi è il musicista/creatore?

Henry Jackman, non saprei cos'altro ha fatto. A me è piaciuta moltissimo, ha un che di Inception, ed è molto trascinante. *______*

Wolverine è carino come film, per me, ma niente di più (alla fine mi piace solo la dinamica tra i due fratelli), e X-Men 3 non esiste. Mai stato fatto. No no.

Si, Wolverine è carino ma sono andata a vederlo con certe aspettative, quindi sono rimasta delusa: e concordo con te su X-Men 3 :D

Prova a cercare la traccia Frankenstein's Monster su YouTube allora: è quella della scena in Argentina con i nazisti, mi aveva colpito molto per come stride con la calma apparente della scena. E' come se la musica ci permettesse di sentire cosa sta girando nella testa di Erik in quel momento. *_____*
