Had a great day! I went shopping, had lunch with Tati and her sister, and then we saw Cars together, and I loved it! So much fun, great soundtrack, and a great story. It's amazing I loved it so much, as it is about...well, cars. I can't wait to buy the dvd! ^^
Look what I bought today as a (late) birthday present from me to myself:

Aren't they the cutest things ever? ^^ They're Tsubasa-size (I can hold them in my hand), and sooooo soft! I need the earrings though...
And my aunt had her first shot today, and she did it herself. Me, I have quite a trembling problem at my hands since the accident, and I hate needles, so I just helped her...well, I stayed there. But I'm glad I'm not the only one who overreacts because of a simple shot! :P We even had a little fight, and it felt so weird because it was just like one of those fights with mom, it was such a nostalgic feeling. She probably noticed, as when I came back she was even nicer than usual, and she hugged me! I love hugs! *_________*
I guess it's a good thing I don't feel depressed even after thinking so much of mom. Months ago every time my aunt did something that reminded me of mom I would burst into tears. O_o Guess it's a good sign...

Black Mokona was always cool. Don't leave any open booze bottles near it.

# Since the movie has lines in Italian, the release in Italy (where foreign movies are mostly dubbed) was handled with a twist. Luigi was dubbed with a slight Modena accent (the home town of Ferrari) and Guido was dubbed with a thick Modenese dialect. The Ferrari in the end of the movie has been dubbed by Michael Schumacher as in the original version (but of course in Italian, with some German accent). A nice coincidence: 'Marco della Noce' , who dubs Luigi, is an Italian comedian whose trademark act, several years before the release of "Cars", was indeed a pretend of the head mechanic of Ferrari; actually in the dubbing he managed to slip some half lines from his routine.
# The Italian name for "tire" is "gomma" (rubber), and there are actually a widespread number of tire shops in Italy called "Casa della gomma" (House of the tire).
