I'm back, and what a day. I finally saw this new clinic, a really good one (and she has a room all for herself!), the doctor and nurses are all kind, BUT... they'll keep her there only for six months, one year tops. Then we'll have to move her again. And so on, so forth. It looks like with that kind of coma she can't stay in one place for more than one year. So it's going to be one long calvary from now on.

After that we met my aunt's best friend, who was in Venice as she wanted to meet a famous oncologist who lives in a nearby city. Yes, you read that right. And it's a really terrible kind of cancer too. =_= So we walked around a bit, I showed them St. Marco's Square, and we were almost killed by the crowd of tourists (I hate tourists! HATE THEM!), as today is the last day of Carnival. When we came back we had to stop at the hospital to collect mom's stuff, and in the end when we entered home I was dead tired, and my eye was acting funny, with all the lights and flashes and that damned dark spot playing around. So I had to go to bed and wait there until it went all normal again. At least tomorrow I have another laser surgery, I know it's going to hurt, but I'm too happy thinking I'll get rid of at last one of those stupid lights! \o/

Per i turisti mi tovi d'accordo...però li capisco,il Carnevale di Venezia è meraviglioso!I piccioni non c'erano ;)?

Sport preferito del Veneziano Doc: caccia al piccione. :D Sono bestie così sporche e rovinano i monumenti! =_= I turisti mi andrebbero anche bene, ma sono troppi. Ci vorrebbe un piano del comune per gestire quanta gente può entrare all'anno, Venezia sprofonda con tutta 'sta massa di gente! Ma da quando c'è Cacciari, hanno venduto Venezia e fanno a chi incassa di più, strafregandosene del resto...

Questo stupido occhio mi sta stressando parecchio, continuo a pensarci, e così sono sempre nervosa. Speriamo che domani me lo sistemi un pò! Che almeno mi tolga 'sta macchia nera, sembra niente ma è una gran scocciatura!

Stai dicendo che Cacciari ha fatto "peggio" per Venezia? Sai, spesso parlano bene di lui come politico-filosofo, mi interessa il parere di te che lì ci vivi e hai esperienza diretta...

Beh, come filosofo non posso esprimermi, ma come sindaco ha venduto la città a turisti e studenti, favorendo i non residenti. =_=
