Don't worry, that's easy to fix. XD

If you can hear the audio, but can't see the video, then you don't have the right codec. The best collection of codecs out there is this one:

With that, you can see almost everything. Otherwise, you can download VLC Media Player, it's the best video player out there:

http://vlc-media-player.softonic.it/
