Oooooh, I love that episode. So unexpected at the end, and so bittersweet. I loved seeing Sam and Dean trying to reason and be nice to a "monster", it's a great starting point for them, when they start humanizing what they usually hunt.

Heart is one of the best episodes of the season. So, so beautiful!
